The protein chocolate cake recipe that will send any athlete running to the kitchen

Can eat a slice will be beneficial for health. It sounds like a lie, but we assure you it’s not (as long as you don’t abuse the dose).

Cacao, the main raw material of chocolate, is a fruit rich in potassium and magnesium. And, as surprising as it is, it helps prevent fluid retention. Oats are known to be an excellent source of protein, rich in slow-absorbing carbohydrates and fiber. Therefore, combining these two foods can only be a good idea. This is what Sandra Nereu, writer from the blog “Panelinha de Sabores”, decided to make a super cute and tasty cake. Yoghurt, flour, protein powder and a natural sweetener are the other ingredients you need. Then just mix everything and put it in the oven.

When it’s ready, you’ll have an ideal snack to satisfy those moments of gluttony, without ruining your diet. In addition to controlling satiety, since it is a cake rich in protein (thanks to the oats), it will facilitate the recovery of cells, tissues and the maintenance of muscle mass. It also helps regulate hormone and immune system function. It sounds like a lie, but we assure you it is not. Now you just have to repeat the recipe (and of course do not abuse the doses).
