Easy Tapioca Cake Recipe
Ingredients
- 200 g margarine
- 2 cups of sugar
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 glass of coconut milk (200 ml)
- 1 cup wheat flour
- 1 and ½ cups granulated tapioca
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
Method of preparation
- In the blender, put the butter, sugar, eggs, milk, coconut milk and beat until smooth.
- Pour into a bowl, add the other ingredients and mix well.
- Place in a greased form and lead to preheated fire for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
