Ingredients
Chicken pie with potatoes
- 20 ml olive oil (oil or margarine)
- 3 medium onions
- 6 potatoes
- 500g chicken breast
- 8g of salt
- 5g Herbes de Provence (can be substituted)
- 5g black pepper
- 5g red pepper
- 4 eggs
- 150 ml milk cream
- 3 tomatoes
- 150 g of mozzarella
- QB Basil leaves
Method of preparation
Chicken Pie with Potatoes: Slice the potatoes and onions and set aside. Cut the chicken breast into cubes and set aside. Season the chicken cubes and also add the salt from the recipe. Add the eggs and cream to a bowl and mix. Cut the mozzarella slices into quarters and cut the tomatoes in half and then slice them. Composition: In a fireproof grease with olive oil and then accommodate the onions covering the entire bottom of the fireproof. Add the potatoes over the onions and then add the seasoned chicken over the potatoes. Add the milk cream and egg mixture over the preparation, then decorate the top with a slice of tomato alternating with a slice of mozzarella until the whole dish is covered. Garnish with basil leaves and bake at the following temperature: 200 degrees for about 25 minutes in the oven. Yields two medium refractories.
