Chef Osley José bring one of everyday flavors of Brazilian cuisine and what comes in a glass: the cottage cheese. The cottage cheese, what of an element for breakfast and for a snack, has become in recent decades main ingredient of many culinary preparations and migrate to dishes that resembled connoisseurs.
It is worth saying that curd cheese is an exclusively national product. We do not find cottage cheese in this form and in no other country in the world. It was developed here in Brazil from the varieties of creamy cheeses and bottled in the middle of the last century in the form of a glass.
Found it enormous popularity due to the significantly lower cost than hard cheeses and their practical usereplace butter, margarine with much more flavor.

2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
1 finely chopped onion
2 finely chopped tomatoes
1 cup traditional cottage cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
grated cheese for sprinkling
Method of preparation
Saute the shredded cooked chicken breast in a pan with the onion and tomatoes. Season with salt and pepper, let it boil a bit. Transfer to ovenproof dish, cover with cottage cheese and sprinkle with grated cheese. Bake in the oven until slightly golden brown.
